The Business Communication team at the Wisconsin School of Business developed the following resources on business writing and slide design.

Use the following tips to create effective, audience-focused workplace documents in multiple genres and for multiple platforms.  We discuss emails in depth, but these strategies can also be applied to texts, dms, slack messages, etc.
