🏢 Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology

Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology focuses on understanding human behavior in workplace settings to improve organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. I-O psychologists apply psychological principles to areas like talent selection, leadership development, productivity, team dynamics, and workplace culture. They may conduct research, design training programs, implement performance evaluation systems, or advise on organizational change.
While some I-O psychologists work in academic or research roles, many operate within corporations, government agencies, or consulting firms to shape policies and practices that support thriving, resilient organizations.
