Appendix 2: Personnel Directory

We maintained a personnel directory for the NRMN research community. As part of the onboarding process, new team members completed a Google Form onboarding survey with the following information that we used to populate a Google Sheet:

  • Title of research study or name of research team
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Project role
  • Telephone number
  • Institution
  • Brief biography
  • Picture
  • Include in the mailing list for principal investigators? (yes, no)
  • Include in the mailing list for research managers? (yes, no)
  • Include in the mailing list for recruitment point person? (yes, no)
  • Date joined research community
  • Date departed research community
  • Status (current/past team member)
  • Completed onboarding survey? (yes, no)

We displayed this information on a private Google Site for the NRMN research community using an app called Awesome Table. The directory was searchable and could be filtered by team name, project role, and institution. Below is an example from the app website.
