38 Support for Our Tutors

Please feel free to let Jen Fandel, our associate director and tutor coordinator, know what support you need in addition to the following items:
- The tutor coordinator will get in touch about any issues at the prison that may cause a cancellation. (Notice does not always come in advance, but info will be passed along info as soon as it comes in.)
- The tutor coordinator will be on standby for your tutoring sessions, in case of issues with technology or any other problem.
- The tutor coordinator will always be available to listen to your concerns about your tutoring sessions and your students.
If you know that you will have to miss a tutoring session, please let the tutor coordinator know as soon as you can. If you are ill, please notify Jen Fandel so coverage can be arranged.
Your insights on the tutoring process matter to us throughout the semester and can help us improve. Please reach out to Jen anytime throughout the semester to discuss your experiences. We would also encourage you all to provide your feedback at the end of the semester through this survey
