Technical Project Management in Living and Geometric Order is an open textbook composed by Jeffrey Russell, Wayne Pferdehirt, and John Nelson for students working toward their online Master of Engineering degrees at UW-Madison.[1]

In the spirit of promoting lifelong learning, the project team reached out to UW-Madison Learning Support Services in 2018 to discuss platforms and sharing approaches that would allow the book to be accessible to as many readers as wanted to learn from it. Thanks to a grant providing OER development funding from the Educational Innovation initiative, LSS was able to collaborate with the team, including Russell, Pferdehirt, Nelson, and Ann Schaffer, the project’s developmental editor, as they incorporated the project into Pressbooks.

OEP@UW editors’ note: Stay tuned for more about this project.
