Working Relationship

It is the formal responsibility and authority of your supervising instructor to direct and monitor the TA’s activities. Much of the educational progress of our students depends on the quality of the relationship between TAs and instructors. It is the responsibility of all parties to maintain an effective working relationship, but if problems occur that cannot be resolved, please inform the Undergraduate Program Director, Melanie Jones (mjones@wisc.edu) or Department Manager, Liz Rose (erose3@psych.wisc.edu).
