Host Susceptibility Test
It has been reported that slight genetic changes in the T7 phage may result in differential host susceptibility. To test whether our mutation has the same effect on different hosts, we will treat two hosts with the WT and mutant T7 phage to see if the killing efficiency is different between the two bacteria hosts.
