Голодомор в Украине

The Holodomor, also known as the Great Famine, was a devastating famine that occurred in Ukraine from 1932 to 1933 under Joseph Stalin’s Soviet regime. This tragic event led to the deaths of millions of Ukrainians. Many countries around the world have officially recognized the Holodomor as a genocide against the Ukrainian people, acknowledging the deliberate actions of the Soviet government to suppress and eliminate elements of Ukrainian nationalism and independence through starvation. The Holodomor remains a poignant symbol of suffering and resistance in Ukrainian history.
