The following texts introduce you to some basic facts about Tatarstan, Kabardino-Balkaria, and Buryatia. After the texts you find a documentation tool that you can use to take notes about what you read. Or you can use a Google doc notetaking table instead. Follow your instructor’s instructions about whether you should read all of the texts or just one. If your instructor opts to put you in groups, you can use the documentation tool to help you share what you learned with your group members.
