This tool allows you to write your PVL in a structured way that incorporates advice for attracting a diverse array of applicants. It includes options for checking that the language and content of your PVL incorporates the provided advice.  After you’ve completed this activity, you can download your work as a word document (.docx)  that you can submit to your departmental administrator or HR representative for approval and posting.
