Here are two distinct thank-you note templates to adapt to send follow up notes after your interview.
The first is a Standard/Corporate template, perfect for analytical, corporate, or traditional roles, like those in Finance or Retail. The second is a Creative/Impact template, tailored for roles where community engagement, design thinking, or human-centered skills are the focus.
Template 1: Standard & Professional (Best for Corporate, Retail, & Finance Roles)

Quick Tips:
The Subject Line Matters: Keep it clean and easily searchable so the recruiter can find it instantly in a crowded inbox.
Personalize Each Message: If you were interviewed by a panel of 3 people, you should send 3 separate emails, customizing the middle paragraph of each note to reference a specific interaction you had with that individual interviewer. Don’t send a mass email to an interview panel. You want to personalize your approach to stand out.
