Creating Your Account
The Master Gardener Program creates your account. This includes your name, address, phone, and email. They also set your account to volunteer in a county.
Activating Your Account
[Updated 3/5/2021] We streamlined the way we create your account in the Online Reporting System.
- First, you will get an email from Mike Maddox that your criminal background check process has started.
- Then, you will get an email from Mike Maddox that your criminal background check has been completed and you NOW have access to the online reporting system.
How Do I Login for the First Time?
- After you get that second email visit https://mastergardener.extension.wisc.edu/report-your-hours/ and click the green button, REPORT YOUR HOURS
- FIRST TIME LOGGING IN: Your username is the email address you shared in the Setting Up Your Account module
- Your temporary password is Garden4Life!
- Click Login
Read more: directions and screen shots to set up your ORS account. These directions will also be emailed to you. You can then customize your username and change your password.
