28 Incomplete Grades

If you believe you are in a situation to request an incomplete grade, you must:
- Alert your advisor immediately
- Download and complete an Incomplete Request Form
- Email the Incomplete Request Form to instructor(s)
- The Incomplete Request From must be signed by you, the instructor(s), and your advisor no later than
- (for Fall semesters) the Monday following the last day of instruction for the term (3 business days after instruction ends)
- (for Spring and Summer semesters) the Wednesday following the last day of instruction for the term (3 business days after instruction ends)
Failure to submit the form by that deadline will result in the grade being posted as is.
