22 Enrollment Dates and Deadlines

The Office of the Registrar maintains and publishes enrollment dates and deadlines for each semester on their website.

Some deadlines will specifically say they are for “Graduate” students or are for “students (except Graduate).” Master’s degree students are considered “Graduate” students; Capstone Certificate students are not considered “Graduate” students. 

Enrollment actions like adding and dropping classes, receiving a tuition refund for dropped courses, or withdrawing entirely from the semester all have different deadlines. It is your responsibility to be aware of enrollment deadlines; not being aware of dates and deadlines is not considered a reason to obtain an exception to a deadline.

Your advisor can also help you navigate dates and deadlines and confirm when you can change your enrollment and the consequences of doing so.
