Lab 1: PRELAB

PRE-LAB ASSIGNMENT

Each week, you will find a short list of pre-lab questions that must be completed in your lab notebook before lab. Your TAs will check that you have completed this assignment at the beginning of lab.

• What will you be doing in lab? Why?
• What should you end up with at the end of the lab period?
• Based on what you learned about HCAII during lecture, describe one amino acid you would like to mutate, and to which residue you would change it. Why do you think this mutation would be interesting?

Note: There is NO PRE-LAB ONLINE QUIZ this week!
