Verb Spotlight

Each of the words you have learned goes with a specific verb. We will pay attention to three verbs here: wà, wọ̀, gùn

wà – to drive

wọ̀ – to ride in (a car, a bus, and pretty much any means of transportation that is enclose)

gùn – to ride on (a bike/motorbike)

wà ọkọ̀/wọ̀ ọkọ̀

wà bọ́ọ̀sì/wọ̀ bọ́ọ̀sì

wà dáńfó/wọ̀ dáńfó

wà ọ̀kadà/gùn ọ̀kadà
