Basic Conditions in Rukiga

Ninshemerere – I am happy.

Nyine obusasi – I am sad.

Nyine eihamba / naagira eihamba – I am lonely.

Nyine ekiniga – I am angry.

Nyine embabazi – I have love, kindness, grace.

Ninyenda kusheesha – I need to use the bathroom (literally, I need to pee).

Nyine ekyoya/ekibiga – I am hot.

Nyine embeho – I am cold.

Tindi omurofa /  nibonire / tindi omuyonjo – I am clean.

Nyine oburofa – I am dirty.

Nyine ekitiina – I am afraid/scared/anxious/worried.

Nyine obwoba – I am shocked / scared.

Nyine rukundo – I have love.

Nyine rwango – I have hatred.
