Xhosa: The Weather

This chapter relates to the weather in Xhosa, and the expressions used to describe different weather conditions. The Xhosa language uses diverse expressions to describe not only what the weather does, but also the effect it has on people, and whether it can make you feel comfortable or very uncomfortable. They have an expression for when it is pleasantly sunny or unbearably hot, or pleasantly cool, or absolutely terribly cold. I hope you enjoy learning about the weather! 🙂
