Basic Sentence Structure with Direct Objects

The basic sentence structure of Manding follows the Subject-Object-Verb (SVO) order.

Fanta bɛ*                misi san
Fanta                       cow buys

*Indicates a verb in the present tense.

 

Fanta buys a cow.
